Logging in to WRJFD email on the iPhone (iOS) mail app
Go to your iPhone or iPad’s Settings > scroll down and tap Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts >Add Account.
Sign in with your username (your full @polandfire.org email address) and choose any description that you wish. Then, tap “Next” in the top right.
Please ignore the message about “Adding an Exchange account will allow the Exchange administrator to remotely manage your device.” This is NOT the case. Poland Fire does NOT pay for the ability to do that. This is a standard warning that Apple places on the login screen that does not reflect the case with all Exchange customers. If you are still concerned about this, please use the Outlook app from the App Store.
On the next popup, tap “Sign In” (second option)
Sign in with your password
If you get a message stating that your “email is used with more than one account with Microsoft,” it means that at some point you created a personal Microsoft account with your @polandfire.org email. You might not even recall doing this. This is fine. Simply select the first option “Work or school account” to sign in to the email/account provided by WRJFD.
Tap “Continue” if prompted to trust polandfire.org
If this is your first time signing in to your account, you will be prompted to change your password.
The mail app may request permissions. Tap “Accept”
Choose the items you want to sync to your device from this account and tap “Save”
