Logging in to WRJFD email in a web browser
In a web browser, navigate to: www.outlook.com and click “Sign in” at the top right.
Sign in with your username (your full @polandfire.org email address) and your password.
If you get a message stating that your “email is used with more than one account with Microsoft,” it means that at some point you created a personal Microsoft account with your @polandfire.org email. You might not even recall doing this. This is fine. Simply select the first option “Work or school account” to sign in to the email/account provided by WRJFD.
If this is your first time signing in to your account, you will be prompted to change your password.
One you click “Sign in” you may get a prompt asking to “Stay signed in”. It is recommended to choose “Yes” only on personal devices, and not shared ones.
If you did choose yes, it may ask you to sign in again, like the screenshot below. Simply click your Poland Fire email again to proceed.
